SECRET PLACE OF SOLACE

As i was writing this song I wanted the true meaning to be something to be discovered as one listens,  much as the Island & hidden treasure referred to in the lyric. Using the "Island laden with hidden treasure " metaphor in this song just came naturally.

Line 1 -"There is an island. A secret place of solace and it's not so very far from here."

Line 2 - "Unless someone showed you. You'd hardly find it. though the directions are so very clear."

I began this particular blog with the idea of explaining the metaphors and images in the song but i changed my mind. I want you, the listener to tell me where this journey takes you.
